Methodology
The enterprises to be evaluated by **mercoPERSONAS** are the 100 companies with the best corporate reputation in the annual **merco** ranking published the first Friday of each month of March by the newspaper Cinco Días. The methodology of **mercoPERSONS** is based on a doble evaluation:
1. A benchmarking of the 100 Merco enterprises according to a set of variables related with their Human Resources policy.
2. A survey of a sample of employees of each enterprise evaluated, asking them to respond to questions related with:
· Job quality in their enterprise.
· Their work - family life balance.
· The reputation of their enterprise among employees.
Once completed the evaluation, **mercoPERSONS** will publish the following rankings:
· The best 100 enterprise to work for in Spain.
· The best enterprise to work for in each sector.
· The 10 enterprises with the best job quality.
· The 10 enterprises with the best work - family life balance.
· The 10 enterprises with the best reputation among employees.
